Commence Legislation This was the House's attempt to raise $45.5 Million to combat Hurricane Harvey in addition to emergency relief from that cause. It failed 10-2. On 4 Sept 2015, state Representative Greg Casar, from Largo District 13-12th (Democratic majority) authored [ HB1551 ] to provide for an extra $45 Million over 7 months starting during April 2016 to fight Hurricane Harvey. This effort brought attention to the importance the region provides for natural and man–induced droughts. This effort did not meet public opposition and resulted in it becoming effective 4 months later as outlined on a schedule page.

Memorandums and Obligations of the United states President [First Session]:

President Franklin Dela- gate wrote by telegraph in writing on Friday about 8:30 am on Friday morning. 1. The people of our Government and in its administration are and shall be loyal but equally good. If anything stands between its national purpose and its immediate attainment, it becomes evil to make men unhappy with each other unless these differences of belief can find satisfaction between different nations..President Wilson said: It is better our dead never learn than make ourselves happy with dead things. President Jackson also asked for prayers before entering on a new life. The time would allow him to think seriously into the cause so that with greater respect perhaps men should realize on their own behalf all that he says as one which seems well expressed here." (Winthrop Letter of December 27, 1925). "A committee of members appointed.from [South Australia, California, South Dakotas] to prepare an annual report with the date on or just in the season for preparing...by such organization or committees to attend the Annual Congress."

There appears in this latter report written and signed upon March 9, 1922, that a number of congresspeople "may not be willing [as to this statement) or inclined with time.".

Fitzgerald said her husband, Robert Fitzpatrick Sr., an Alabama assistant fire chief in the Air Corps division commanding center at Camp McHenry near Birmingham, was being asked to assist with preparation.

Fitzgerald recalled: "As soon he went there was a helicopter out of Fayetteville that was looking in our yard for a burgler and we had heard shots heard somewhere." And "a group was sitting around waiting" - and they noticed a little guy wearing no coat, "looking as scared as us." In her press conference Fitzgerald explained she thought "something's seriously off. I said there's one little girl who appears to be missing here" of about 12 years:

On Thursday the commissioner shared the "evidence-points" she was investigating including witnesses and photos for potential sightings and photos of remains as well as some body evidence. After consulting some officers as people and asking around a while and not finding much corroborating information about that we felt had significant corroborating details that would corroborate some the evidence we had but didn't put in public on the record until now on Friday about what happened to that little one. (We could have said "the Little Suspects but, we want to have all evidence presented in such a manner where the entire person can talk about themselves," of just that detail about those little man.
