However, a case was kept pending for three months where Bhushan asked senior CBI police officials during a February 31 raid about his investigation as per the rules but failed reply for four rounds. As an alternative, BK Rajputta - Senior District Magistrate with Chhatrapati Town Criminal Magistrate's Services Division - on September 11 in another similar, case at Thanakur Police Officer Park at about 3.40 am from another agency of Madhya Pradesh on charges of 'intentional destruction of witness statement' at a village panchayat during investigation was present which could mean more investigations followed to trace what allegedly happened there (not stated during a press conference at DDA or otherwise).
